Warranty

Electrotek Services warranty that the laser toner cartridge supplied will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer and will not void the manufacturer's warranty. If a defect arises from the toner cartridge supplied by us and causes a printer to fail, we shall arrange to send our authorized technician to correct the problem at no charge for the full amount of all service and repair of the printer. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect from the cartridge supplied by us and should be duly signed by the company's representative.

Services

 All laser printer equipment is subject to inspection. Deficiencies if any must be corrected.

 We advise Preventive maintenance servicing as it can prolong the life of your laser printer and reduce
    nuisance service calls.

 Service backup shall be provided by our technical and printer specialist. We repair all HP and Cannon
    Laser Printers.
 Cost of Spares and maintenance of the printer/s are borne by us (FREE) when you purchase our Laser
    toner Cartridges.

 We shall provide you one month stock in advance. You don’t have to buy a single new cartridge till the life     of the laser printer once you entered into contract with us.
